Happy Thanksgiving
from our house to yours
It hasn’t been an easy year. Not personally, with several losses in the extended family, and not more broadly. But today I choose to remember, celebrate, and give grateful thanks for the many joys in my life: my loving family and supportive friends, the shared love of music and books, the beauty and bounty of the earth, the courage and compassion of those who stand for freedom and equality, the faith that sustains me. And for all the ways, great and small, that people around me and around the globe bring a little more light into the world.
May you, too, be surrounded by light and love today.
