The Winning Edits blog has an occasional feature they call “In Three Words.” This week’s topic was the future of e-books:
Winning Edits is an editorial agency for indie authors, offering free advice, information on author tools, and book editing for a fee. Their blog features articles of interest to writers and those interested in the world of independent publishing.
Disclaimer: I’m not plugging Winning Edits’ services over any of their competitors. I’m sure the latter exist, and I urge authors to look around before choosing an editor-for-hire. But it says something about the changes in the publishing/e-book industry that editorial services for indie writers even exist. It also says something about the need for good editing.
