My Most Anticipated Book Releases for January–June 2020

January 13, 2020 Top Ten Tuesday 7

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly feature/meme now hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. The meme was originally the brainchild of The Broke and the Bookish.

This was originally a Top Ten Tuesday post for last week (Jan. 7), but I missed the TTT date due to a combination of circumstances (a blog tour and travel, mainly, plus a blog glitch that kept it from publishing.) So here it is, a week later.

OK, full disclosure here: I already have ARCs of the books by Tasha Alexander, Jill Shalvis, Lisa Kleypas, Charles Finch, and Deana Raybourn; I just need to read them. Jayne Ann Krentz’s The Vanishing would have been on this list, but I have already read and reviewed it here. And I am excited for Brigid Kemmerer’s book, but I still need to read the first one.

Which new releases are you looking forward to in the next 6 months?

I still need to read the first book in that Kemmerer series, too! I love Amanda Quick’s covers but I’ve never read her books!

I read the Shalvis book, and it was so good. I loved the blend of family and romance, and was all in on each character’s arc. Charming and wonderful, as expected from a Shalvis book.

I’m really enjoying Almost Just Friends, too. I hope you enjoy Moontangled! I preordered it, and can’t wait for it to come out.

I’m looking forward to the Amanda Quick book, and the cover of the Laurie R, King book looks intriguing. Happhy reading!

You too! I can’t wait for both of those. I’m stalking NetGalley and Edelweiss in hopes of snagging an ARC, but I’ll be preordering the Laurie King book in hardcover for my Mary Russell “set” regardless.
