The HoHoHo Read-A-Thon is over!
I had fun during the HoHoHoRAT — I hope you did too! My goal was to read two books and listen to one audiobook during the week-long readathon. I ended up reading three books, but only got about half-way through the audiobook, due to less available listening time than anticipated (and an iPod that keeps losing its charge.) Here’s what I read:
- The Holiday Gift (RaeAnne Thayne) – reviewed 11/11/16
- One Snowy Night (Jill Shalvis) – reviewed 11/14/16
- A Yorkshire Christmas (Kate Hewitt) – review to come
And I am about halfway through A Christmas Carol, read by Jim Dale.
I hosted a HoHoHoRAT Cover Puzzle Challenge…
which ended last night. I’ll be posting the winner in a few days (with their permission), after I’ve contacted them via email. The puzzles are still up if you want to play them; you just can’t enter the giveaway anymore.
Happy Holidays — almost!

I had kind of mixed feelings about the Kate Hewitt book, but I might be overreacting. I should be posting a review next week, I think. It’s mostly written, but this week is kind of full already. OTOH, the RaeAnne Thayne was sweet; I always enjoy hers!

I totally suck with challenges, but glad you got through. I also see you read one of my fave authors, Jill Shalvis. I always say that she can’t write a bad book even if she tried. Hugs…

Thanks, Ro! I like Shalvis, too.
