The Sunday Post is hosted by the wonderful Kimba, the Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news, recap the past week, take a look ahead, and showcase our new treasures—I mean books!
My Week
This week’s Sunday Post is more like a Sunday postcard — a few quick lines before I plunge back into the pile of indexes hanging over my head. I don’t even have time to update the book haul, so I’ll do that next week (if I have time.)
Mr. Bookwyrm and I are both pretty much over the virus that had us in its grip, thank goodness. Early in the week I did manage to get 2 skeins of wool spun & plied, but other than that, it’s been pretty much work, work, work… and will continue to be for the next week or two.

What I’m Reading/Watching
Reading: I’m rereading Gentian Hill, a favorite by Elizabeth Goudge, because her birthday is on April 24. I’ve set Someone to Care by Mary Balogh (ARC) and The Underwater Ballroom (anthology ARC) aside for a little while. They’re both good, but want more attention than I have right now. One of these weeks I’ll pick up The Slow Regard of Silent Things again, too. Part of me doesn’t want to finish it, because there’s still no release date for The Doors of Stone, and once I finish it I’ll have no unread Rothfuss books left!
Listening to: I finished relistening to Tamora Pierce’s Circle of Magic quartet with Briar’s Book. Now I’m back to Wildwood Dancing, intermittently.
Watching: Just a few spinning tutorials on YouTube.
