Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly feature/meme now hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. The meme was originally the brainchild of The Broke and the Bookish. This week’s topic is Books on My Summer TBR.

Six Crimson Cranes looks good!

I love the cover, and the blurb sounds really good as well. (I’m not a cover-buyer, but a good cover will make me take a look at the content.)
Greg
I love a good country house mystery!

Me too! Though I seem to be leaning more toward fantasy these days. Still, a good mystery is always a pleasure.

ALL of the books on your “already released” list are on my TBR, too. I’m not sure that I’ll get to any of them this summer, but maybe? And Stephanie Burgis’ The Raven Heir sounds so good! I’m looking forward to that one, too.

I love Stephanie Burgis. Her books are so charming, and she’s such a nice person. (And she’s an alumna of my college, though we weren’t there at the same time.)

I love the happy feeling I get when reading her books! They’re just all comfort reads so far—even though they’re new-to-me, they have the same feeling as favorite books I’ve read dozens of times and return to for the good vibes.

Anne - Books of My Heart
I laughed when I saw the title of this post. 10 books! I am not sure I could narrow it down to 10 books for this week much less one month or a whole summer. Not that I can read that many, just that I WANT to read them.
I’m working on Krewe of Hunters very slowly. And I’m excited to see there will be a new one by Stephanie Burgis.

Oh, well, it’s not that I’m planning to read only 10 books over the summer, or that these are the only books I want to read! These are merely the top ten books on my “priority” list: some books I can’t wait to read so I will definitely read them this summer, and some books I need to read this summer because I have an ARC. My overall TBR list is about 1400 books long, and of those, there are several hundred that I really want to read sooner rather than later.

You’ve got a great selection there, and I love seeing Heather Graham and Krentz in the pile. Hope you’re doing well, and sending some hugs your way. RO
