NetGalley and Edelweiss Reading Challenge 2026

I’m signing up for the NetGalley & Edelweiss Reading Challenge again in 2026. This challenge is hosted by Yvonne at Socrates’ Book Reviews, and it’s for the ARCs languishing on my Kindle, old and new alike. The rules are simple:

Challenge guidelines… 

• The challenge runs from January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026. There is no deadline to sign up.
• Everyone is welcome to participate – you do not need to have a blog.
• Any genre, release date, length, etc. counts – it just needs to be a book from NetGalley or Edelweiss.
• Books can count for more than one challenge that you are participating in.
• The first day of each month, Yvonne will post a monthly “link-up” for you to link your reviews. If you forget one month, no worries, just catch up the next month.

I’m signing up at the Bronze level: 10 books. That means 10 books read and reviewed, and linked up on Yvonne’s site. Given my current backlog of ARCs, I should sign up at the Silver level (25 books), but 2026 is going to be a very busy year for me in real life, and I don’t want to set a goal I can’t meet. So I’m keeping it small, and might bump it up later if I need to.
