The Past Week
In real life: We flew back home last Sunday, and on Monday, Mr. Bookwyrm left on a business trip. I spent the week unpacking from the trip to Utah, doing laundry and catching up on the most urgent housecleaning, and trying to sort and pack stuff for storage. I catalogued our Great Courses library: about 40 courses on DVD or CD; I’ll pack them up tomorrow. Mr. Bookwyrm got home Friday evening, and I was very glad to see him after 5 days apart.

What I’ve Been Reading/Watching
Reading: I finished rereading Guild Boss, Sweetwater and the Witch, People in Glass Houses, It Takes a Psychic, books #14–#17 in the Harmony series by Jayne Castle (aka Jayne Ann Krentz.) I’m currently finishing Enter the Nightmare, the latest in the series (and an overdue ARC, which I’m rereading so I can write a review… if I can find the time.)
Listening to: I finished Seven Kinds of People You Find in Bookshops by Shaun Bythell (review scheduled), and then listened to the first two books in Tamora Pierce’s Song of the Lioness quartet: Alanna: The First Adventure and In the Hand of the Goddess. I have read the Pierce books before, but never in audio format. The Bythell book was new to me, and quite fun; it’s also very short.
Playing: In tiny bits of time between other activities, I’ve squeezed in a smidgeon of Pokémon GO, Wingspan (phone app), and Tiny Bookshop (Steam, though I have the phone app also.) Also my usuals: Wordle, Connections, Strands, Spelling Bee, and Sudoku.
