The Sunday Post is hosted by the wonderful Kimba, the Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news, recap the past week, take a look ahead, and showcase our new treasures – I mean books!
My Week
Despite or maybe because of the lovely weather, I haven’t been very disciplined this past week, which means I’ve got a lot of indexing work to do this coming week — and practice CDs to prepare, too. On the other hand, I’ve gotten a little more caught up around the blog, so that’s good.

What I’m Reading/Watching
I finished Because of Miss Bridgerton (Julia Quinn; ARC) and Reunion Pass (Emily March; ARC) and read The Ladies’Man/Some Kind of Wonderful, a two-in-one volume (Susan Mallery, Sarah Morgan; Kindle.) I also re-read Anne McCaffrey’s Damia and Emily March’s Angel’s Rest. I’m almost done with The Murder of Mary Russell (Laurie R. King, ARC), and plan to finish it this afternoon after rehearsal. (It’s really good!) And I’m still listening to a Great Courses lecture series, Great World Religions: Judaism — I’ve got 1 lecture to go, out of 12.
We’ve been watching, or in some cases re-watching, the Poirot mysteries starring David Suchet, on Netflix; we just started season 4. Netflix dropped Doctor Who, but Amazon Prime has it now, so I’ve added it to my watch list and I’ll try to finish up Season 4 in April.
Next up for reading is to finish The Corpse with the Garnet Face and read An Unhappy Medium for upcoming tours.

I keep hearing good things about Rae Carson’s Gold Seer trilogy, so I thought I’d give it a try. Ditto Jo Beverly.

I’m interested in your review for the Coloring Book. I now have four and to be honest coloring is time consuming! I am trying to go page by page but it is going to take my whole life it feels like. I tried to get into Doctor Who but just couldn’t . I am a huge geek too. I might give it another shot.

It took a bit of handholding by my daughter to get me hooked on Doctor Who… but I am now hooked. 🙂 And I know what you mean about coloring. It’s time-consuming and I don’t do it very often, but I enjoy it when I do.

I am hoping you loved What We Find as much as I did, it reminded me of earlier Carr books in the Virgin River series. Have a wonderful week my friend!

I sure did! My review posts tomorrow. 🙂

In general, I haven’t been very disciplined in reading, either. However, I’m trying to truck it through my new book and now listening to a new audiobook as well. And I’m adding two new features (well, actually three) to the blog, so…it makes up, right?
Lark_Bookwyrm
Ooh, what features are you adding? I missed that…
Charlie @ Girl of 1000 Wonders
I have reinstated Feature Follow Friday. I recently started participating in First Chapter First Paragraph Tuesday Intros, and I’m considering two different features for Fridays as well, but I’m still on the fence about which one…or even if I want to join a new one.

There are so many fun features & memes out there, it’s hard to pick which ones to participate in. 🙂
